    Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

    Your Role, Your Impact

    As a CRM Executive, you will support the delivery of FirstPort’s customer communications through our CRM platform, Creatio, helping to ensure communications are clear, timely and targeted.

    Working closely with the marketing, customer and operational teams, you will help plan and deliver CRM campaigns, maintain communication templates and support the shift toward digital customer engagement.

    This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, marketing or customer communications who enjoys working with data, systems and content to deliver meaningful customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the day-to-day use and optimisation of FirstPort’s CRM platform, Creatio, including campaign setup, segmentation and audience selection
    • Assist in delivering CRM campaigns including email and customer notifications
    • Maintain and update the CRM communications calendar to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and on schedule
    • Support the transition toward digital customer communications, helping to encourage adoption of online portals and digital channels
    • Work with marketing to maintain and update a library of CRM communication templates to ensure content remains clear, engaging and on brand
    • Monitor campaign performance and produce reporting on engagement metrics such as open rates, click through rates and registrations
    • Support data quality by helping to maintain accurate segmentation and customer records within the CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communications support wider business initiatives and customer engagement objectives

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer communications
    • Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns
    • Good attention to detail and comfort working with data and customer segmentation
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Customer focused mindset with the ability to produce clear and engaging communications
    • Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems (Creatio experience desirable but not essential)

    Nice to have

    • Experience working with website Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
    • Experience working with third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
    • Experience using design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
    • Experience is working with Trust Pilot
